Rentable Facilities

All Locations Currently under long term Rental

We have Five separate areas for rent: The Bunkhouse, Palmer Cabin, Barnes Cabin, Small Camping Trailer, and Two Rooms in Turner Hall. These are available for rent upon registration of an event. Please visit our Upcoming Events page to register!

For Avalon Isle Events, Cabin Rental is handled through on-line registration. For events at Avalon Isle hosted by other groups, Cabin Rental is handled by the hosting group. To rent a cabin for any weekend that Avalon is not booked for an event or hosting an event. Please contact the Deans to check availability and reserve a cabin. They can be reached by sending an E-mail by clicking the link . Please include the Cabin Name and Dates you would link information about. A limited selection of cabins are available when Avalon is not hosting an event. They are Palmer Cabin ($35/night), the Small Trailer ($35/night), and the Bunkhouse ($55/night).

The Bunkhouse sleeps 5 and rents for $55 per night. One bunk bed contains two single beds, and another bunk bed contains an upper single bed and a lower double bed.  The room has a dehumidifier, that works great as a heater, a large dresser with mirror, hardwood floors, microwave, small refrigerator, a ceiling fan and two night lights.

      

Palmer Cabin is attached to Turner Hall, sleeps 3, and rents for $35 per night. The cabin contains a queen bed and a railed loft with a single mattress. This cabin has useful shelves, a closet area and an attached porch.

         

Barnes Cabin is attached to Turner Hall, sleeps 2, and rents for $25 per night. The cabin contains a queen bed, and a shelving unit.

         

Turner Hall Rooms each sleeps 2 people and rents for $25 per night. The rooms contain queen beds.

Small Camping Trialer sleeps 3 people and rents for $35 per night. The room contains a full size bed and a twin bed.
